MyArrival is an independent service that helps travellers prepare and submit electronic arrival cards to destination governments. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government.
What we do
We take the details you provide, validate them, and submit them to the appropriate government portal on your behalf. We charge a service fee for this work; the government fee, where applicable, is forwarded to the destination government.
What we do not do
- We do not issue visas or arrival cards ourselves — the destination government does.
- We do not guarantee approval. Approval is at the discretion of the destination government and depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.
- We do not provide legal or immigration advice. If you are unsure whether you need an arrival card, consult the destination government or a qualified immigration adviser.
