Privacy Policy

Your data fuels a single purpose: getting you through the border without friction. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

MyArrival ("we", "us") helps travellers prepare and submit electronic arrival card applications. To do that we have to handle personal information that you would otherwise hand to a government portal directly. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

2. Why we collect it

We only collect what we need to (a) submit a valid arrival card application to the destination government on your behalf, (b) email you the result, and (c) keep the service secure and operational. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with marketing partners.

3. Who we share it with

That's the entire list.

4. How long we keep it

Application data is retained for up to 90 days after delivery so we can re-send your confirmation if you lose it. After that, traveller and trip records are anonymised or deleted unless you have a MyArrival account (in which case the data stays in your account until you delete it). Payment records are kept for 7 years to satisfy accounting requirements.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for the things you'd expect: keeping you logged in, remembering your application progress, and basic analytics. We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies on the application flow itself.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, others) you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@myarrival.com from the address on your application and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Contact

Privacy questions: privacy@myarrival.com. General support: our contact page.

This document is a plain-English summary of our practices. If you need the long-form legal version for a regulator or controller, email us and we will provide it.
