Terms of Service

Plain-English terms covering what we do, what we don't do, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. What MyArrival is

MyArrival is an independent service that helps travellers prepare and submit electronic arrival card applications. We are not affiliated with any government. The arrival card itself is issued by the destination government — we handle the form-filling, submission, and delivery of the result to you.

2. Your account

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Governments reject applications with mismatched passport details and we cannot resubmit on your behalf without payment of a new fee. Double-check before you submit.

4. Fees and payment

Our pricing includes the government fee (set by the destination country) and our service fee. Both are shown clearly before you pay. Once you submit a paid application, the government fee is non-refundable because we forward it to the destination government immediately. Our service fee may be refunded per our Refund Policy.

5. Our role and your role

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. Destination government portals sometimes go down for maintenance; in those cases applications are queued and submitted when the portal comes back online. You will see a status update in your account and by email.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific application that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, or other consequential losses arising from a rejected or delayed arrival card application.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, submits fraudulent information, or attempts to defraud governments or other users. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; significant changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
