Our story
Arrival cards are mandatory for travel into a growing list of countries. Most of the official portals were built in a hurry, work in a single language, and time out halfway through a four-person family application. A traveller's first impression of a country is the government website that decides whether their plane lands smoothly.
MyArrival is the tool we wished existed: fill out the form once, in plain English, for everyone in your party, and get a confirmed digital arrival card in your inbox before you board. No app to install, no account required until checkout, no surprise fees.
What we believe
- Travel should be welcoming, not bureaucratic. A clean form beats a confusing one every time.
- Pricing should be transparent. Government fee on one line, service fee on another. See our pricing page.
- Data minimisation matters. We collect what's needed to submit your application and nothing else. See our privacy policy.
- Support is a feature. Real humans answer support emails, usually within a few hours.
The team
MyArrival is built by a small distributed team across Europe and Southeast Asia. We spend a lot of time at borders, and we'd like to spend less of it at portals.
