You see the destination's government fee and our service fee separately at checkout. No surprise charges, no subscriptions, no add-ons we slip in at the end.

Part one

The government fee

Set by the destination country, not by us. Some countries charge nothing for their arrival card; others charge a fixed fee. We forward this amount directly to the destination authority within minutes of your payment.

  • Varies per destination — listed clearly on every country card.
  • Non-refundable once forwarded to the government.
  • Identical to what you would pay on the official portal.

Part two

Our service fee

What we charge for preparing your application correctly, submitting it, and delivering your confirmation. Slightly different per destination because some governments' portals take more work than others — but always shown up-front before you pay.

  • Format validation before submission — bad data never reaches the portal.
  • Confirmation by email and saved in your account for 90 days.
  • Email support from real humans, replies typically under 4 hours.
  • Refundable per our refund policy.

The most common questions we get about how we charge.

No. The government fee and our service fee are both shown before you pay, and that is the total. No subscriptions, no upsells, no card surcharges from us.
Yes. Pricing is per traveller. A family of four travelling together pays four times the per-traveller total. You only enter your contact details once.
All prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and a small foreign-transaction fee depending on your bank.
The government fee is non-refundable once we have forwarded it to the destination authority. Our service fee is refundable if the rejection was due to an error on our side. Full details in our refund policy.
Because we add a service fee for the work of preparing and submitting your application in the correct format, delivering the result, and supporting you if anything goes wrong. The government fee itself is unchanged — we forward it as-is.
