Applications

Most people complete the form in under five minutes. We submit to the destination government immediately; the digital arrival card usually lands in your inbox within minutes, though some countries take longer at peak times.
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Sign in to your account dashboard — every application is there, and you can re-send the confirmation to yourself. If your account is also missing it, message us with your order number.
Small corrections are sometimes possible if you reach us quickly — contact us with your order number. Larger changes typically require a new application.

Refunds & billing

Yes, in the cases listed in our refund policy. The government fee is non-refundable once forwarded to the destination authority. Our service fee is refundable before submission and in cases of our error.

About MyArrival

No. We're an independent service. The arrival card itself is issued by the destination government; we handle the form-filling, submission, and delivery on your behalf.

Sign in and visit Account → Settings. Account deletion is immediate; application records are anonymised per our privacy policy.
