The five steps, in detail

Each step takes a minute or two. Most people finish the whole flow before their kettle boils.

  1. Step 1

    Pick your destination

    Choose in ≈ 30 sec

Start at our destinations page. Each country card shows the official name of the document, the government fee, and our service fee — no surprises later.

    Browse destinations
  2. Step 2

    Add your travellers

    Per traveller ≈ 1 min

Enter passport details once per traveller in your party. Family of four? You enter passport details four times — never more, never less. Existing account? Saved travellers are pre-populated.

  3. Step 3

    Trip & contact details

    Adaptive form no fluff

Flight numbers, accommodation, purpose of visit. The form only asks for what your destination actually requires; if a field isn't relevant for your country, it doesn't appear.

  4. Step 4

    Review & pay

    Card data never stored

Final summary on one screen. You see exactly what will be submitted — government fee and our service fee broken out separately. Pay by card; we don't store your card number.

  5. Step 5

    Get your confirmation

    Delivered in minutes

We submit immediately to the destination government, then email you the result. Most countries return a digital arrival card within minutes. Every application is also saved to your account for at least 90 days.

DIY vs. MyArrival

You can absolutely fill out the official forms yourself. Here's what's different about doing it with us.

Doing it yourself

Government portal

With us

MyArrival

Finding the right form

Hunt across government sites, often only in the local language.

One form, in English, always current with the destination's requirements.

Multiple travellers

Re-enter passport details from scratch for each person. No save, no autofill.

Saved travellers in your account. Pre-fills the next time you travel together.

When something goes wrong

Government portal forums, Google translate, and crossed fingers.

Real humans on email — replies typically under 4 hours.

Catching format errors

You find out at the border. Pay the fee again. Re-apply.

We validate format up-front. Bad data never reaches the government portal.

Status tracking

Check your email, then check it again.

Live status in your account dashboard plus confirmation by email.

Plain about what we do

We'd rather set the right expectations than over-promise.

What MyArrival does

  • Prepares and submits electronic arrival card applications on your behalf.
  • Validates passport and trip data so format errors don't reach the government portal.
  • Delivers your confirmation by email and stores it in your account for at least 90 days.
  • Replies to your support emails — real humans, no chatbots.

What we aren't

  • A government agency. The arrival card itself is issued by the destination, not us.
  • A visa service for destinations that require a full visa (with the exception of Indonesia eVOA — a separate product).
  • A guarantee that your application will be approved — that decision stays with the destination government.
  • The cheapest option. The official portal is free; we charge a service fee for the convenience.

Ready when you are.

Pick your destination and we'll guide you through the rest. You won't need an account until checkout, and you'll see every fee before you pay.
