Getting started

Is MyArrival a government agency?

No. We're an independent service that prepares and submits arrival card applications on your behalf. The arrival card itself is issued by the destination government. See our terms of service for the formal version.

Which countries do you support?

See the live list on our destinations page. We're adding new countries regularly.

How long does the application take?

Most users complete the form in under 5 minutes. Submission to the destination government is immediate. Confirmation usually arrives in your inbox within minutes, though some destinations take longer at peak times.

Pricing & payment

Why is your price higher than the government fee on the official website?

Because we add a service fee for preparing and submitting your application correctly. Both fees are shown clearly before you pay. See our pricing page for the per-destination breakdown.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the cases described in our refund policy — including before we submit, and when there's an error on our side. The government fee is non-refundable once forwarded to the destination authority.

Do you store my card details?

No. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number. We only store the last 4 digits and a token from the processor, used to issue refunds if needed.

The application

Can I apply for multiple travellers at once?

Yes. Add each traveller in the first step. Pricing is per traveller; your contact details only need to be entered once.

What if I make a mistake?

You can edit any field before final submission on the review screen. After submission, contact us at support@myarrival.com as quickly as possible — small corrections are sometimes possible, larger ones require a new application.

Will my application definitely be approved?

No service can guarantee approval — that decision belongs to the destination government. We validate the format of your data before submission so it doesn't get rejected for clerical reasons, but eligibility decisions are out of our hands.

Your account

Do I need to create an account?

Yes — accounts let you save traveller details for future trips, re-download confirmations, and request refunds if needed. We ask for an email and password during checkout.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in and visit Settings. Account deletion is immediate; application records are anonymised per our privacy policy.
